The idea was to make a short game explaining how climate change affects those living in rural areas are forced to leave their homes due to various climate-induced reasons, such as disease or water shortages.

As communities are forced into cities, issues such as crime and work shortage are amplified. 

This was intended to be a more narrative-focused re-telling of a real experience in a typical Gameboy style aesthetic. In typical fashion, I ran out of time.

I also wanted to learn about GB Studio, which I made it in, and have never used before. Feel free to download the ROM too.
